Thrive as an Artist:
1:1 Coaching & Grant Support

You’re a passionate artist with big goals — but navigating the art world can feel overwhelming.
From finding your voice and growing your career, to writing grants and landing opportunities, having an experienced guide can make all the difference.

I’m Camille Myles, a professional Canadian artist, mother of three, and heritage conservationist. I’ve exhibited internationally, worked on large scale public art projects, received multiple Ontario Arts Council and RBC grants, and built a sustainable art practice while raising a family. I've also been writing grant proposals for over 20 years and have some experience to share.

Now, I’m sharing the strategies, tools, and encouragement I wish I had when I started — to help you thrive as an artist.

Why work with me

Building a sustainable art career isn’t just about talent — it’s about strategy, clarity, and support. I help emerging and mid-career artists gain confidence, secure opportunities, and take actionable steps toward their goals. From landing exhibitions to writing winning grants, I’ve walked this path myself and know how to navigate the challenges of turning creative passion into recognition and income. When we work together, you’ll get personalized guidance from someone who’s been in your shoes and can help you move forward with focus and confidence.

Twiggy & Juliana, founders of Photo Trouvée Magazine

We have had the honor of hearing Camille's talk about writing successful grant proposals twice during our residency program here at Photo Trouvée Magazine and our resident artists learned so much each time. Camille is extremely resourceful and experienced with writing and receiving grants which makes her very qualified to teach about this subject. Each artist was also given clear, practical steps and prompts to apply to their own practice making the experience of applying for grants feel more manageable and less daunting. Above all, Camille is so generous with both her time and energy and truly an absolute joy to learn from."
